The Job
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized individual to serve as a versatile Technical Support Engineer. Must have the ability to multitask, work alone and with team members, and work well under pressure. Capable of providing timely and professional support to customers as well as internal team members. A successful track record of documenting processes and providing training for the internal support staff and for customers. This individual will also be responsible for providing input during the development of products, projects, and bids. The successful candidate will need to work closely and efficiently with various clients throughout the country and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.

The Job
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized individual to serve as a versatile Technical Support Engineer. You should have work-based experience with:
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Client operating systems.
- Proficient in storage technologies such as RAID, NAS, SAN, SATA, SAS
- In-depth networking knowledge including TCP/IP, Switches, Routers, VLAN's, VPN Devices, DNS, WINS, DHCP
- Proficient in managing Microsoft SQL Servers
- Proficient in administering and deploying websites using IIS and SQL server
- Experience with cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure VM's, SQL and Blob storage
- Scripting knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel at times

- AV Systems/Integration
- SQL
- Good Troubleshooting Skills
- Understanding the immediacy of the customer's needs
- Interest in sports, participation at a higher level and knowledge of the sport and/or rules/officiating
Ideally, you'll have:
- IT experience from a mission critical background: athletics, financial (compliance), military, or broadcast systems a plus.
