DVSport INTERNSHIPS: Frequently-Asked Questions
Are DVSport internships in-person or virtual? What are regular business hours?
Our internships are based in Pittsburgh, PA and hours vary depending on semester. During the school year we ask for set hours per week with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week. For our summer internships, we look for 40 hours per week with a set schedule. Extra hours may be available depending on our production schedule.
ARE DVSPORT INTERNSHIPS PAID?
Yes. DVSport internships are paid hourly, but do not receive health or insurance benefits. We will also work with our interns to ensure all internship documentation and reports are completed if required by your college or university.
Is travel required for the internship?
Due to the ongoing COVID pandemic, our travel is limited to an as needed basis by our full time staff. Our more seasoned interns have had a chance to travel onsite alongside our full time staff so this may return once mitigation efforts have been lifted.
