DVSport customers use their custom-designed software products on a daily basis to scout, analyze, review, and teach.We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to serve as a Production Supervisor in our Pittsburgh, PA office.

Your Role
- Develop production workflow and direct the activities and staff within the technical production process, including assembly, safety standards of the build, and quality assurance of parts and finished products being sent into the field for client use.
- Monitor schedule to accomplish manufacturing goals and communicate production outputs and roadblocks to Research and Development as well as Management team.
- Oversee day to day operations of the group in the production environment including working with inventory manager to maintain inventory standards, assisting shipping manager as needed, and assign tasks to team members when not in production.
- Train staff in best practices and safety measures and ensure standards are followed in shop and by team members.
- Work across teams to identify and implement production changes to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost reduction.
What you need to bring to the game:
- 5+ years’ experience in a technical production setting with escalating roles and responsibilities including team development and management.
- Manufacturing knowledge and understanding of operations procedures and best practices.
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in technology or technical field such as, but not limited to, telecommunications, electrical engineering, information technology, or equivalent in scope and study.
