Your Role on this team:
The Replay Manager is primarily responsible for the integration, functionality, and training of all products related to the replay solutions software. Managing, promoting and problem-solving are required expectations of the position. Replay Managers are accountable for achieving stated objectives, identifying barriers to success, including any product issues, then using independent judgment to determine the proper resolution.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the functionality of replay products for conferences and universities including but not limited to:
- Provide onsite project management and remote support of replay products
- Independently investigate, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve equipment and software issues while working with counterparts to identify necessary changes
- Perform replay product testing and troubleshoot solutions to resolve product challenges
- Manage project plans and requirements including determining shipping and logistics needs through effective communication between clients, warehouse operations, and replay leadership
- Ensure that new replay solutions are integrated into existing technologies to provide for a seamless experience for the customer
- Assess status of replay solutions and adapt, modify, and customize the solutions to maximize functionality
- Interact with, educate, and resolve issues from replay technicians, officials, and athletic department/conference employees
- Review video content exported from the replay system to our cloud platform to ensure that the replay products are operating with maximum effectiveness and that the information available through the replay products supports replay officials in their determination of outcomes
- Provide onsite project management and remote support of replay products
- Use discretion to conduct pre-season, in-season, and postseason replay checks to ensure effective functionality, and identify solutions when the product isn’t operating optimally
- Provide quality assurance assessments of replay products and solutions for customers in assigned region
- Analyze data and create, review, and submit onsite and ad hoc reports as needed
- Provide internal and external training on the use of replay services
- Identify and recommend software and hardware development needs
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, potential clients, and other partners to identify growth opportunities in accordance with strategic company goals
- To ensure the ability to make independent decisions, obtain and maintain a strong knowledge of all replay solution products including identifying and communicating product enhancements
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to promote replay products in efforts to create new sales opportunities
- Perform other duties as needed
